We offer the widely popular hot water extraction method as well as low moisture clean, which is perfect for commercial grade carpets, Dual combination cleaning, Hard floor Cleaning, as well as Upholstery and Sofa cleaning. 

When carrying out any cleaning the team will always be in uniform and wearing protective shoe covers to not only protect your property but also prevent additional dirtying.

Having multiple cleaning methods available allows us to clean Carpets, offices, all types of hard floors, sofas and upholstery.

Dry Time

Using the patented Texetherm processing clean which combines an exothermic chemical reaction with the most advanced cleaning techniques we have seen dry times as low as 30 minutes! Even with the most heavily soiled carpets, you can expect no more than 1-2 hours of dry time with the cleaning methods we use.

Our Equipment

Using the highest grade equipment available in the UK, manufactured by Texatherm, we have the skills, know-how, and tools to clean any surface that needs refreshing.

If you think about your carpet as being your home’s natural air filter, not having them cleaned can lead to poor air quality in your home, we recommend having your carpets cleaned at a maximum of yearly intervals but ideally every 3 months for the best results.

Carpets are designed to absorb dirt and filth so by the time you actually see any discoloration or dirt on your carpet the level of dirt embedded in its actually huge!

Pricing

Each job can vary so it’s a lot easier for us to arrange a visit or arrange for photos to be sent to us so we can provide a quotation for you. This way we can provide a detailed quote that won’t change with anything unexpected.

If you are looking for a ballpark figure on what you can expect to pay with us we charge around £4-7 per square meter depending on the level of service you decide to go for and have a minimum charge of £85. We can also provide discounts for larger areas and multi-job cleans.

The Process

All of our cleans will start off with a pre-site inspection, this is to identify problem areas, and outline any stains and existing damage.

Following this we vacuum the area using our commercial grade vacuum, this process alone is pivotal to providing the deepest of cleans and can improve the look of your carpet on its own.

Once the room is prepped, depending on the cleaning process that’s been selected as best for your floor we get to work.

Once we are finished your can expect a dry time, ready to use again, of anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours but we never leave your carpets wet for any longer.
